EDUCATION:- Microbiology as a specialization and started my career with Standard Chartered Bank( not my domain at all J), when I attended the interviews in SCB and met all the HRs’ there, that’s when I realized that HRM is my calling, so after my stint with SCB I did my MBA with HR as specialization and from then on there is no looking back in my HR career.
CAREER:- As HR I have worked with various verticals (Industries) under HR domain which helped me gain a diverse skill set through meetings and interactions with bigwigs from the specific Industry, to elaborate more on that I have worked with Adwit, an Advertising agency for more than 6 years then with software Industry then with CMR University as well. I have a work experience of 12/13 yrs under these Industries
Later I got an opportunity to be a part of the CSR initiative “Teach India Program” of “Times of India” along with the “British Council” where in British council trains us to teach the Youth their English & Soft skills and provides an opportunity to train the youth from economically challenged sector to ensure that they face the interviews with confidence.
I found zeal for training and started off with HR training as I want to be associated with HR always along with my baby steps towards my entrepreneurial dream in Event Handling.
HR course training will provide you with practical training on what is needed for you to venture out in the Industry (more like your Industry Knowledge) after you complete your graduation/ post-graduation where you will gain more theoretical knowledge. This training will give you all the insights needed under core HR topics with theoretical and practical knowledge which will help you to supersede others and crack the interviews with panache and get placed in your dream job as you would have had the practical training along with your college degree.
